Tag your Ai as Ai. The community are fed up with it and wants to mute it. Deviantart is overrun with this, flooding our feed, pushing real artist out of it.
Thank you so much, I didn't even know tags were a thing! I've added them to all the images I've uploaded. I agree that there's an ridiculously insane volume of.. questionable/poor quality images flooding onto the site.. and i'm shocked and dismayed at how many are trying to monetize it (especially when the quality is poor, or they're clearly using services like midjourney to generate them).
It would be good to see a separate space for AI generated images to be created, which would allow your friends to see what you made (or those interested in AI images), and allow the actual artists to continue as before (especially those who's livelihoods are reliant on commissions).
It's never too late to begin the journey to make your own artwork. Start by learning to draw a box.
